Information Systems Project Manager
Megiddo, the development and execution company of the Aura Group, Israel’s largest residential real estate group, is recruiting a Project Manager to lead all organizational information systems –
across all departments and processes in the organization, including CRM, quality, safety, human resources, marketing, and more.
The role includes full responsibility for the specification, management, and implementation of these systems, including alignment with business needs,
vendor management, and promoting integration between existing systems. The role requires a deep understanding of organizational processes, with Hands-On capabilities alongside a broad systemic perspective.
The role includes:
• Managing cross-organizational projects in the field of organizational information systems
• Leading business processes in CRM domains – customer relationship management, service,
marketing and sales.
• Responsibility for specification, implementation, and deployment of these systems in accordance with business needs
• Process improvement and evaluation of new technologies
• Direct work with stakeholders across all departments
• Planning and managing interfaces between different systems
• Managing vendors and subcontractors, including monitoring compliance with timelines and budget
Job Requirements:
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining priorities

• 3-5 years of experience in managing projects in the field of information systems
• Knowledge and experience working with API interfaces, including reading and writing JSON
